I have to say that when my only vehicle went down, not only did Service Writers Brandy and Joe go above and beyond… I was short on my bill. Joe went up to Brandy and they worked out a deal for me. I was able to have my wife pick up the vehicle and Joe asked how my wife was getting to the dealership? He solve that problem by sending out a pick up for her. 5 star service is not enough to praise them!!!

Mitchell was a great help. They didn’t have the car we wanted on the lot and he worked to make it happen quickly. He was also low pressure and made the car purchase process better.

This review is long over due. At a critical point this year Honda's service team came in clutch. The Service was not only top notch, it was incredibly kind and generous. I was not an easy costumer, I felt they listened to my frustrations, and considered my particular situation. I just can't say enough about their team. 1000 thank you's I hope will be back when I need it, I trust you guys.

Very good about answering my questions over the phone and they tried to follow up very much. I was just so busy I could not get back to them to actually go in and test drive anything yet I’m a school music teacher and I’ve got concerts rehearsals, and now our wedding on a weekend coming up.

Other Ken Garff locations charge more for a full synthetic oil change. This location charges less for the exact same thing. They are busier than the other Ken Garff locations, but the advantage care is about $60 less. Worth it

The good, they were able to get me in early for a fuel pump recall and it seems to have fixed the dangerous lag the day after I called.
The waiting area is super nice and clean with free soda coffee and popcorn. Lots of nice comfortable seats.

We just bought a Toyota highlander from here and it was a good experience. The waiting room was comfortable and accommodating to all of our snacking needs. The play room was helpful with the kids. Just amazing!! Nathan Maxwell is one great person! Super friendly and honestly very knowledgeable. Went in this morning from an appointment booked online to check out 2025 pilot and he had me sold on a real nice vehicle before we even talked about price.


Josh L. was busy helping two other customers, but was able to give them a few minutes to think about what he had told them, while quickly and thoroughly answering my wife’s and brother’s questions. I hardly ever leave bad reviews but I had to this time. We bought a car from this dealership a few weeks ago. That whole process has been great, we love the car we got, etc. Our car died in a parking lot, completely undrivable. I've called several times today and got the run around, never getting a call back as promised. Now it's Saturday evening and I'm sure our new car is stuck in the parking lot until Monday. I was in the market for a new car and was talking to one of their sales reps for a bit. I tried shopping around and the rep seemed really annoyed with me like I was wasting his time. I ended up getting a way better offer (around $2k) by buying from a Vegas dealership. These guys likely know that any of their cars will get sold at close to their advertised price and don’t feel a need to compete on price.

Negotiations were professional, transparent, and free of pressure thanks to Katie.

Brought in my car when every warning and emergency light came on all at once. Purchased a $48,000 Passport from Ken Garff Honda of Orem. Called up for the first oil change and they refused to get me in for another week. That's not express service as listed on their building and there are dozens of Lube shops that get me in while I wait. Honda of Orem thinks an Oil Change should be just a difficult as booking a doctors appointment. The doctor is really busy. Took my passport to Larry H Miller in Murray and I was in and out in 45 minutes. That's express service!

Was quoted one price when I scheduled maintainence for my Pilot two weeks ago. Was quoted the same price yesterday at appointment time. When my vehicle was ready, I ended up paying $50 more than quoted. The service adviser stated that prices recently went up. I get inflation and all but someone along the way in the process could have told me all this a little bit sooner. However, they did try to make it right with extra car wash vouchers.



Ken Garff in Orem was awesome. They had great service writers. They took care of us so quickly. I recommend them if you are ever in the area.

I arrived on time and they got me right in for my Advantage Care oil change redemption. I love that if there are any concerns, they make a video and send it to me, so I can see myself what they are referencing.
