We did not have service done. There was enough oil in the car to reschedule reschedule it. This was according to your service people there.
I brought my car to Ken Garff Honda to get a recall fixed, and they were fantastic! The car wasn’t going to be done by the time I needed it, so they made arrangements for me to have a rental car which was so helpful. I worked with Jason Hollinger and he was very communicative and friendly. The dealership was clean and even had a separate space just for kids! It was so helpful to have an area where my child could run and play without disturbing other customers.
They did a great job with the two recalls we had for our Odyssey and paid for a ride to take us back home because we live nearby. The person at the front desk was communicative and helpful.
While waiting in my car in the bay before checking in, it wasn’t clear to me how long I’d be waiting. The service attendant had put a number on my car, but a time estimate would also be helpful.

Service was done well
I took my car in for a couple recalls. They said they needed it all day, but then they ended up only needing it a couple hours so it was perfect and then they gave me a list of all the other things that I need to start working on.
Huge shoutout to Rick Dawson! I’ve been bringing my car here for years, and I can honestly say I’ve never had a better service advisor.
I called last night at 5:54 PM to see if there was any way I could pay for my car and still pick it up after 6. Rick was incredibly kind, professional, and went completely above and beyond to help me out. After our call ended, he even called me back just to make sure I knew exactly where to go to pick up my car. That level of care and customer service is rare.

Advantage care redemption with multi check throughout as well as oil change, transmission change, and tire rotation. I already replaced air and cabin filters myself. Experience was great

I traded my 2019 CR-V for a 2026 CR-V for newer model. Salesperson had me test drive one of these models, loved it. Although, I had to wait while he was helping a couple before me, it was worth the wait.
Service involving a recall of a fuel pump was done in a timely manner. It was difficult to contact someone to get a status for my vehicle.

It is super easy to schedule an oil change through their website. They are always courteous and try to make the wait comfortable with snacks and comfortable seating. Also, they are quick and thorough.
Used my Advantage Care oil change package. Got in and out in a timely manner with help from friendly service staff.

Great Service and little wait time
I am a senior lady. I always am pleased with the courtesy I received when my Honda is being serviced. I appreciate the prompt attention. My service person met me upon driving in addressing me by name. I appreciate the spotless restroom and comfortable waiting area.
I have purchased 3 new cars during the past 20 years, all Honda’s, and all purchased at Ken Garff Honda in Orem. They are professional and have given me great service and competitive pricing throughout. My latest car is a 2026 Hybrid Accord touring model and I love it. All of my former Hondas are still on the road providing family members with excellent driving opportunities.
Love the service here. Always fast. Always low pressure. Love the text communication during the service and that they send me a video of my car.
We dropped our van off the night before, after hours. The service was done before I needed to go in to work the next day. Fast, reliable service is hard to come by. They seem to have that here.
