I brought my car to Ken Garff Honda to get a recall fixed, and they were fantastic! The car wasn’t going to be done by the time I needed it, so they made arrangements for me to have a rental car which was so helpful. I worked with Jason Hollinger and he was very communicative and friendly. The dealership was clean and even had a separate space just for kids! It was so helpful to have an area where my child could run and play without disturbing other customers.

They did a great job with the two recalls we had for our Odyssey and paid for a ride to take us back home because we live nearby. The person at the front desk was communicative and helpful. While waiting in my car in the bay before checking in, it wasn’t clear to me how long I’d be waiting. The service attendant had put a number on my car, but a time estimate would also be helpful.
