I traded my 2019 CR-V for a 2026 CR-V for newer model. Salesperson had me test drive one of these models, loved it. Although, I had to wait while he was helping a couple before me, it was worth the wait.
Everyone was so awesome and friendly
I emailed to get a price on the car I wanted, they called me right away with competitive pricing. I told them the price I wanted and they got it done. Pickup was easy and fast. Highly recommend.
Purchase of new CR-V went smoothly. The dealership had the model and color I wanted in stock. The financing from Honda turned out to offer a lower interest rate than another financial institution.

I have all the good things to say about this place! McKinley helped us buy two new cars. He was super patient, knowledgeable and friendly. We were with him almost all day and he was just great to work with. The finance guy was also knowledgeable and easy to work with too. We enjoyed our experience and love the new vehicles.

Mark was very good at assisting us through the buying process. He was attentive but never pushy. He is very down to earth and easy to work with. He was able to get us the car we wanted in the color we wanted at the agreed upon price. No surprises.

To give a little context, there is a salesman up in Sandy, UT, at the John Stockton Honda dealership that didn’t let me drive the car unless my wife was there. He said it was because my wife wanted the Honda Civic, and I wanted the Toyota Corolla hybrid. It might as well get the decision maker there together before test driving.

Just bought our second vehicle from Ken Garff Orem last weekend. Easy experience. We spoke with 6 or 7 different dealerships this time around and this is the only one that didn’t play any games with prices. Gave us a reasonable offer right out of the gate that all the other dealerships had to play catch-up with. Really enjoyed working with them on both occasions.

We came in to look at a used Toyota Highlander, we test drove it and heard a noise. They inspected it and found that the transmission was bad. They let us know and didn’t try to hide anything. I feel like you could trust them to get you in a good vehicle. Or as good as they can as used vehicles always carry a risk.

Its hard to write a review about a dealership as most people are here because its time to buy a car usually because their old car finally gave up the ghost. We recently bought a Tesla here, and Mark Walker took great care of us both during the buying process and follow up. The 12 volt battery went out about a week after buying the car, and because we had bought the car CPO they agreed to cover the cost of the replacement even though we had it done through Tesla. We really appreciated the communication and customer service we received here!

I give this review purely because of Tre. After speaking on the phone with multiple people and being told I can go to any Ken Garff if there were issues after buying a car, he actually made customer service a priority. I had to drive an hour one-way at 7am twice based on whoever I spoke to on the phone before Tre stepped in. He understood my concerns after making a commitment like this and helped me immediately with options to get serviced.
We had a few challenges to get the right car but they made it happen and treated me right.
