My wife and I went to the dealership so she could see the new CR-V, as it is one of the AWD vehicles she was considering. We were met by Parker Fisher, one of their sales associates. He was amazing! At no time did we feel pressured in any way by him. He was patient, took the time to answer all of our questions, and show us several different models. He worked with us to find exactly the vehicle we wanted, and came up with a deal that fit within our financial constraints. We will definitely look for Parker the next time we need a vehicle.

My fiancé and I worked with Sales agent Lena. She was great to work with and made sure she did everything she could to get us the best deal on a car as well as the best monthly rate. She took good care of us and showed us multiple vehicles so that we could weigh our options. She made sure to inform us of what was happening every step of the way and went above and beyond in teaching us how to use our new car’s features. Lena came in after she had been running errands for her children just to make sure we were helped fully and because we requested we keep working with her on finding us a car.And to top it off she made sure to call us the next day to make sure we were fully satisfied with our new car as well as to take the time to ask how everything was going and to let us know that if we ever needed anything we could give her a call.Thanks for everything Lena and thanks to Ken Garff Honda in Orem for making our car shopping experience a great one!

I went in this morning to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and new rear brakes. I was told on my last visit to the dealership that my brakes needed to be replaced so I was fully prepared to have that work done. Scott West called me up a few hours later to tell me my vehicle was ready and that upon his inspection of the brakes that I was fine for another several thousand miles and didn't need to have work done. Honda easily could have taken advantage of me and replaced my brakes and I would have thought nothing of it. I wanted to thank Scott for taking care of his customer today by not providing an unnecessary service. He has gained my trust, which for an auto dealership is very hard to earn. Thanks Scott!
