The day of coming in went good. On the phone we were quoted $150 for the key computer chip and it ended up costing $300. For the average customer $300 may not be doable so everyone should get on the same page.

Loved the video feedback from the mechanic confirming the problem (radar unit needed realignment). Initially thought that the procedure was overpriced, but after looking at a YouTube video of the process and the specialized equipment required I think that the price was OK!

Great service, quick efficient oil change and tire rotation. Bought car at Orem, glad to service it there. They did say they checked the window washer fluid but it’s still empty and didn’t get refilled as I’d hoped which is my only complaint. Otherwise, appreciate the techs there very much.
They were courteous and efficient. He gave me the amount on the car as well as my trade-in value in a timely manner. And the car was ready the next morning.

I could take my Tacoma anywhere for service. I had 3 services included in my truck purchase. Like every other car I have purchased from Ken Garff. I USE the included services and when I run out I still go back to them. Why..I feel they are honest and take accountability. I had an issue with my Tacoma. They did not run from their issue . Took accountability for making a mistake, fixed the mistake making it right. That's cool and not often approached like that anymore. Thanks Ken Garff Honda. I'll be back
Mark went above and beyond to get me the exact car I wanted. We ran into some unexpected delays over a weekend. This was important to me, because I had driven nearly 5 hours to pick up the car and could not easily reschedule my own time. He and the Garff team were exemplary!
Dealership is always clean and organized. Employees are all helpful and polite. Work done is always first rate.
Took longer than expected and I had to track them down for updates which is why I took a star away. But the repairs were top notch, and they honored the originally communicated price despite adding a service they hadn’t told me they needed to do.

It’s a great dealership and the people were very friendly and they handled everything in a timely manner and were very professional. The only complaint that I had was they are fairly firm on the price of the vehicles and won’t really go that far down on price, they’ve gotta make money, and I understand that. I was just hoping they would have given me an amazing deal, but I can’t complain to much because I got what I wanted and I’m happy with the outcome. I’m just a cheapskate🤣

They let me know what the cost was upfront before they started working. They kept me up to date the whole time, sent a video of it, and were very professional about our interactions. The fix got finished in a timely manner.
