Tyler - today

We loved working with Mike Johnson at Ken Garff Honda of Orem. We have been car hunting for a few months, and were at the end of our rope with salesmen. We have a young daughter, which meant it was important for us to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Mike made this possible. He skipped all the annoying negotiating, and went straight to what he knew we could afford. We appreciate his honestly and his ability to make car shopping fun, and not a chore. We will definitely be recommending Mike Johnson to all of our friends in the market for a car.

there is always a generalization that salesmen are pushy and dishonest. i was not the exception to the rule of having that veiw of them. that was until i bought my odyssey today from Mike Summerhays. he was able to do the whole entire deal over the phone while i was 300 miles away! he was so informative about the vehicle. i really appreciate his patience through the whole process. he was fabulous to work with!

It was one of the best experiences I' ve had when I did not purchase a car. I had intended to purchase an Accord, but decided that the car didn't fit my needs. After realizing that I would not purchase the car, the salesperson tried to help me do some research for cars at other dealerships that were not even associated with Ken Garff (note: it was not busy that day). He even recommended a few websites that could be used to find competitive car prices. If I am considering a Honda in the future, I would be happy to shop here.

Mike Summerhays has been incredible from the first moment we talked with him on the phone. Friendly service made it easy to make the deal - a fanTAStic deal, by the way. He covered all the bases, we drove down to Orem from Bountiful and it was well worth our time. Highly recommended!!!!!!!

Buying a new Honda Pilot from Ken Garff Honda of Orem was the best vehicle purchase we've ever made. Weston Bird was incredibly courteous of our time and is a credit to his dealership. He seemed to genuinely care about us, and it was obvious that he wasn't just trying to "make a sale". He has earned a customer for life, and we will definitely refer our friends and family members to him.

When looking for a new vehicle that would fit our families changing needs we looked at multiple manufacturers and dealers within the state of Utah. Our search ended when when we met Brandon Marshall of Ken Garff Honda in Orem. Brandon went to tremendous lengths to help us through this process. He was honest and straightforward while also helping the process to be fun. He didn't try to upsale us on unessary additions and gave us good advise throughout. He also helped us with a trade in. We have purchased many vehicles in the past but Brandon has by far been the most professional and fair and he and the rest of the Ken Garff sales and service team have earned our business going forward.
